40 zebra printer won't print labels

Zebra GX430t not printing Zebra GX430t not printing I have a GX430t that hasn't been used for 2 years. When I ran a test print the paper feeds but is blank. I've gone through the troubleshooting wizard with no reported problems. I replaced the ink roll for a new one incase this was the issue but again it was blank. Any advice would be much appreciated.
